MultimediaN E-Culture Project - Basic Search

This is the project that Guus Schreiber talked about at the EVA EDL Workshop. It uses semantic web technologies - and is really neat if you type in 'picasso'. This (if you use Firefox) finds work with this in the title, works by him, and works by people he was associated with. This all comes from AAT relations. The 'piece de resistance' is an automatically generated timeline of works and related artists.

Guus says that all we have to do is to 'SKOSify' our vocabularies and it will all be wonderful. His demonstrator certainly makes you think he could well be right
